D6.1 Deliverable for the AUTHLIB Project

The main objective of this report is to summarize the findings of AUTHLIB’s empirical investigations on what policies European illiberal actors promise and adopt once they assume governing positions. The report presents the AUTHLIB team’s findings across a variety of policy areas, focusing on education and culture, foreign policy, immigration and citizenship, gender, and social policies, relying on the analysis of policy-relevant decisions, legislative changes, and discourse.
