Networking Events of Far-Right Actors
This dataset (collected by Scuola Normale Superiore) contains information on 151 networking and protest events involving far-right actors in Austria, Czechia, France, Italy, Hungary, and Poland between 2018 and 2023. Compiled in August 2024 using a protest event analysis (PEA) methodology, the dataset captures transnational and cross-border forms of far-right mobilization. For each event, it records information on the date and location, participating actors and their organizational characteristics, the geographical scope of actors and targets, forms of action, substantive issues, and framing strategies. The dataset provides a systematic account of how far-right organizations engage in networking, coordination, and collective action across national borders in Europe during the 2018–2023 period.
